By accessing our website or booking transportation services with VIP Charter Bus Rentals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations across Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

2. Quotes, Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and scheduling confirmation by our reservations team. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Payments must be satisfied per the terms detailed in your charter agreement prior to departure.

• Price quotes are valid for 14 days from date of issuance.
• Cancellations or itinerary modifications must be communicated with reasonable notice as specified in your booking contract.
• VIP Charter Bus Rentals reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equivalent or superior capacity and quality if required by mechanical necessity.

3. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves safely and courteously. Any damage or excessive cleaning requirements caused by a group will be the financial responsibility of the contracting party. Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited aboard all charter vehicles.

4. Geographic Scope & Itinerary Planning

VIP Charter Bus Rentals operates throughout the greater Washington metropolitan region. Proposed travel times and routes are planned using professional route mapping; however, VIP Charter Bus Rentals is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen traffic accidents, road closures, severe weather, or unannounced federal security movements in Washington, DC.
